Mark is not just a real estate agent; he's a trusted advisor, a dedicated professional, and a passionate advocate for his clients. His Colorado journey began when he took a job with the railroad and worked as a conductor quickly becoming one of the youngest locomotive engineers at the age of 19. While operating big freight trains was fun, his passion was serving people. Establishing trusted relationships, he helped rail customers lower their demerge costs while increasing the railroad's bottom line. With a desire to pivot into a sales role within the company, he was denied due to the absence of a college degree.
Mark found his true calling in the world of real estate. What other career do you get to walk into a home with complete strangers and hope it doesn’t smell like a giant fart. Early on in his real estate career, he understood the importance of aligning himself with industry leaders so he could learn from the best. Saying yes to the work they didn’t want to do (pro bono) in hopes of them returning a yes to getting a coffee. Mark has built a career and business that starts with listening, leads with service, and delivers winning results. Leveraging the Compass platform and his established personal relationships, he’s able to connect his clients to unique experiences and provide them with real estate services both locally and globally. Mark’s processes and personality help put ease into the buying and selling journey. Today, Mark has earned himself a seat at the table amongst his peers as an industry leader.
In his personal downtime, Mark enjoys playing hockey, finding deals on shoes, attending concerts/games, painting, finding a new restaurant, traveling to learn new cultures, and spending time with his daughter, Madison. No, I don't want to go camping.
