Having moved to the area only a few months prior to deciding to buy, I was very lucky to have come across Kim. At first I started working with her associate, but the division of duties was such that Kim became the one showing me most of the properties and then handling the paperwork. In a very fast moving market she was able to get me in to see properties so that I had even a hope of getting in an offer (when the properties of interest weren't lasting more than a day in many cases). She also had a good understanding, in a short period of time, of my requirements. Having lost out on one (just beaten by a better offer with cash to back it) we wasted no time when a second property in the same area came on the market and though it presented additional challenges because of my timeframe she was able to help me through that. The entire process was, though hectic at the start, very smooth. As and when I decide I need an upgrade or secondary investment property - Kim will be the first person I call.

Kim was wonderful in helping us find our home. She was always available via e-mail, text or a phone call to answer any questions or set up a showing. We usually got to go tour homes on the same day we asked. She let us form our own opinions on each property, but also pointed out things in the houses that would be assets or liabilities for us. She helped keep an eye on our toddler while we were busy tapping walls and opening cupboards. Kim got to know us and our needs throughout the process and was always friendly and helpful.

She goes above and beyond what would be expected in providing feedback on showings, and expert advice to make certain my home was shown as warm and inviting as it should. After the property went under contract, she would call and let me know of upcoming dates and coordinated everything. The transaction was smooth and flawless. Kim is an outstanding person inside and outside. I bought a lot of houses but kim was the best relator I ever had. She is very detailed oriented, a great listener, hard worker, consistent and very honest. Kim helped me buy my town house when I was out of state.
